How we modernized a Michigan based nonprofit’s IT systems and infrastructure so they could serve more children with their programs and initiatives.
Like most nonprofits, they were relying on volunteer IT support. However, as their programming grew, they needed more comprehensive, streamlined and professional IT services to allow their lean team to serve more children even faster while also ensuring the security of their staff, donors and board members. We helped them do that.

How we helped the Children’s Foundation transform their IT infrastructure and systems so they could operate more efficiently and help more children.
The Children’s Foundation is a statewide, community based organization that provides services for families, children, adolescents and young adults helping them on the pathway to successful, healthy and fulfilling lives.
They were relying on IT services and a facility that weren’t supporting their success in fulfilling their mission. They decided to move to a new facility and to integrate technology and security into every facet of their workflow going forward. We helped them map out all of their IT needs so they could work effectively on a day to day basis That included all the natural things like email and the web.
How we did it:
We helped them create a plan for all their cybersecurity, physical security and IT needs. Then, we implemented the plan which included, upgrading their hardware, converting them to more laptops and migrating them to the cloud.
Overall, they’re able to work much more quickly and effectively now, which helps them serve their communities at a higher level. Things actually work. They now have a high performing and robust internet. They’re able to work remotely and their IT systems are more secure and stable. Also, they can continue to scale their organization to serve in more children.
