NTM Lifecycle Process
NTM’s onboarding process is essential to integrating a new business or organization into a supported managed environment. Its purpose is to ensure that the transition is smooth and successful and that the business or organization can take full advantage of the technology and support they can now access.
The process typically involves a series of activities and support mechanisms. It begins with a discovery phase to review existing business processes and challenges, followed by an initial onboarding phase to thoroughly analyze the company’s existing technology infrastructure.
The following steps include an installation stage to migrate technologies to recommended platforms, an onboarding verification phase to provide training and review of the work completed, and a support phase to ensure staff can access adequate support.
The overall goal of NTM’s onboarding process is to help businesses implement best practices and achieve their objectives with the help of technology and expert support.

Stages 1-3: Discovery and Onboarding
The first three stages take approximately six weeks to complete, encompassing everything from preliminary discovery to onboarding and installation.

Discovery Stage
(Week 1)
During the first step of our onboarding process, our team will conduct an initial survey of your business location to assess and review your IT infrastructure environment needs. We will then present our proven NTM process and review recommendation proposals.
After obtaining your signature and your approval to move forward with the discovery process, we will provide you access to our NTM portal and an electronic payment platform. Our onboarding team will then contact you to begin Step 2.

- The client sends signed approval and sends electronic payment through the NTM portal
- The onboarding team meets the client and begins stage 2
The second step of our onboarding process begins after our team contacts you to gather information about your business needs, goals, and other requirements. Then we begin installing our SafeSecure® software package and run a complete scan of your business network.
Once the scan is complete, we upload and analyze the results to the NTM portal, review the applications most relevant to your line of business (LOB), then present the complete installation plan before moving forward with Step 3.
Step 2 of our onboarding process should take approximately two weeks.

The third step of our onboarding procedure is a 3-week period during which we will install and configure SafeSecure® to meet your exact requirements.
Our team remotely configures your equipment, including hardware and software, then establishes a clear view of the project to help make progress status visible and easy to understand. We also review your business objectives and break them down task by task for ease of project organization and management.
Any equipment that our team could not remotely configure will be installed and configured by our team on-site. Once everything is in place, we finalize Step 3 with a data migration process to ensure SafeSecure® protects all your business data and assets.

Steps 4-5: Verification and Support
The final two stages ensure the onboarding and installation processes are successful and establish lines of communication and support avenues between NTM and the client.
We also provide you with contact information and channels (when and how to contact NTM should you need it in the future), provide a brief explanation of the next and final step, then send you the master service agreement (MSA) and the invoice true-up for signing.

Continuous Support
NTM support services and packages monthly executive reports, quarterly performance reviews, procurement of software and other IT products and services, and 24/7 support and coverage.
We also provide you access to a virtual chief information officer (vCIO), a remote Network Operations Center (NOC), and a remote Security Operations Center (SOC) to assist and protect your business network at all times.
